Rich has over thirty-five years of experience in all aspects of the architecture profession including architectural design and detailing, code review and implementation, document production, project management and construction administration covering a wide range of project sizes and types ranging from small interior remodels up to large, complex multi-million-dollar US Embassy and Consulate projects and everything in between. Since joining RKA in 2015, Rich offers complete project management proficiency that spans from initial project planning through construction administration and architectural design expertise in space planning and integrated design. Rich has a proven record of leading architectural and engineering teams through all phases of the design and construction processes, while simultaneously directing the coordination among consultants, establishing project schedules and phases, and monitoring budgets.
