He has extensive experience in building client relationships, delivering thorough Communication Plans, executing Design Services Contracts Consensus Building, Programming, Code Research, Entitlement Construction Documentation, Project Management, Consultant Coordination, Bidding & Negotiations, and Construction Administration. He is an excellent communicator and thinking partner who delivers high quality design while leading the team through the design and construction process. His experience includes libraries, private, municipal, and higher education clients at a variety of scales and over a diverse range of building types.
