Rielly is an Arizona native who enjoys hiking the mountain ranges and taking in the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert landscape. It was this connection with the natural environment that fueled her passion for reconnecting us with nature through design. At Arizona State University, Rielly earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design in 2018 and both her Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Construction Management and Technology in 2021 with a focus on sustainability and environmentally sensitive construction.  Now as a designer at RKA since 2020, Rielly contributes to the team through skills in creative design, 3D modeling, and construction documentation with strong attention to detail. Rielly has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credentials and is currently working towards licensure and LEED credentials.
