Upon receiving his Master’s in Architecture Degree from SCI-arc, Karl returned to Phoenix to work on public art projects, at sites across the country, including a USO facility and multiple Universities. After working in various mediums, and taking lessons learned in digital fabrication and rapid prototyping, then combining it with his love for art and music, he began working on multiple high-end performing arts venues and entertainment districts nationwide. With project experience spanning from the planning phase, and continuing on through construction, he has joined RKA to primarily focus on Construction Administration. Karl is professionally licensed in the state of Arizona, a member of both the AIA and NCARB, a board member for the AIA10, as well as the 2020 Robert Saemisch Travel Prize recipient, awarded by the Arizona Architectural Foundation.
