With over thirty-five years of experience, Steve brings expertise on large and complex public and institutional projects. He is an integral team member with extensive technical experience in design, detailing, code analysis and building systems to the project. During the design and documentation phases, Steve works closely with the team to help identify, select, and integrate all building systems into the coordinated construction documents. With each phase he coordinates an extensive quality assurance, quality control analysis to ensure full integration of each disciple within the overall building documentation. Through bidding and construction, he will work with the CM and client on analyzing all bids, and final GMP review. He also oversees and coordinates all construction administration services provided throughout the construction process.
